Go outside the main terminal doors, across two driveways, and down a short flight of stairs. At this point, you will be in the limo lot, where your chauffeur will be standing
outside of your vehicle, displaying a signboard with your name.
Boston Logan Airport
MASSPORT SECURITY UPDATE FOR TERMINALS B AND C.
Effective July 15, 2008.
Pick up from terminals B or C requires the passengers to call Grace Limousine at 800-328-4544 upon exiting the building. Vehicle MUST be active in loading or unloading at curbside. Vehicles are not permitted to wait for any duration of time. Failure to follow this new rule will result in additional delays in pick up.

Passengers need to exit the terminal on the ground floor. Walk to the beginning of the terminal and cross over two driveways. Chauffeur will be outside of vehicle holding a signboard with the passengers last name.

Once you have arrived at Logan Airport, proceed to baggage claim to retrieve your luggage. After retrieving your luggage, call Grace Limousine at 800-328-4544. If traveling with carry-on luggage call once you have departed the plane. After calling, proceed to the departure level (2nd floor), walk out the terminal doors, turn towards your right, and proceed to the limo pickup area which is marked with yellow banners on pillars. Your chauffeur will be waiting with your last name on a sign board.
Please note: your vehicle will not be at the pickup area unless we have received a call from the passenger, and vehicle is only allowed to wait 10 minutes.
