Customary gratuity levels:      Airport service “begins” at 15%
All other services begin at 20%

Wait Time

Waiting time charges on airport transfers begin 45 minutes after landing for domestic arrivals and 60 minutes after landing for international arrivals. Wait time at all other locations start 15 minutes after scheduled pickup time.

Cancellation Policy

For Airport Transfers:
There is a four (4) hour cancellation policy.  Canceled reservations with less than four hours will be billed at full trip cost, plus gratuity.

For Specialty Packages:
The deposit, made at time of reservation, is non-refundable, non-transferable, regardless of date cancelled.  Same day cancellations will be made a full package rate, plus gratuity.

For Specialty Vehicles (including motorcoaches):
The deposit, made at time of reservation, is non-refundable, non-transferable, regardless of date cancelled.  Same day cancellations will be made a full package rate, plus gratuity.

No Show Policy

If a customer fails to show at the scheduled place and time, full trip cost will be charged to the client, including wait time, tolls, parking, and gratuity.

Deposit Policy

$100 (or 25% of package price, whichever is greater) deposit required on all stretch limousine wedding packages (motorcoach vehicles excluded.)
$200 deposit required on all specialty wedding vehicles (motorcoach vehicles excluded).
$200 deposit required on all night-out packages (motorcoach vehicles excluded)
$200 deposit required on all LimoCoach reservations
$250 deposit required on all motorcoach reservations.

All deposits are non-refundable, non transferable.
